Find the Chefs that Make What You Love

We've all seen celebrity chefs on television using ingredients that we've never seen at our local grocery store. There are many YouTube chefs providing recipes that feature everyday ingredients coming together to create delicious meals.

 Many of these chefs work out of their homes and do it for the love of cooking. Find the ones who cook what you love and explore their recipes to find inspiration!

Maryland WIC Farmers Market Cookbook

This is a great guide to using all of the various foods you can find at the farmers market. This free-to-download cookbook provides recipes, guides to seasonal availability, and helpful information on how to store your produce for maximum freshness. Find it here!


American Diabetes Association website 

This is a great website to look at for nutrition and excellent meal plans and recipes (many available in Spanish) even if you aren't diabetic. The ADA Food Hub provides fantastic recipes such as their Baked Cauliflower Puree (pictured) that is a wonderful substitute for grits. Be sure to follow them on Instagram for more recipe ideas!
